Not every member of the panel was immediately persuaded. Louis Tomlinson actually said no, while Ayda Williams acknowledged that there were times when she thought the performance was “a bit cheesy.” However, Robbie Williams and Simon Cowell perceived something more: star quality, presence, and significant pop potential.
