Step Up and West Side Story are undoubtedly the first movies that spring to mind when you think about big dance scenes. If disputes were resolved via dance wars rather than drama, just think of how much better the world would be! That would be a spectacle worth seeing!
One budding star is demonstrating that everything can be overcome by skill, heart, and rhythm. Luke Spring, a teenage dance sensation from Ashburn, Virginia, has been stealing the show since 2010. Luke is a born performer with unlimited energy and incredible talents. He is not just a youngster with movements.
With a memorable performance on So You Think You Can Dance and a sought-after Broadway role in A Christmas Story: The Musical, he has showcased his talent on some of the largest stages. However, just when you believe Luke has reached his zenith, he surpasses himself once more, this time by collaborating with fellow titan Justin M. Lewis.
Everyone in the audience was stunned by their electrifying performance at the DC Tap Festival. The electricity in the room surged as their feet soared in time with the music. “Everyone in that house was on their feet and going crazy,” remembered festival co-founder Chloe Arnold about the event.
