THIS Is Why You Don’t Judge A Book By It’s Cover!

Nobody had high expectations when this small ensemble took the stage with their instruments. A couple of unremarkable-looking men with modest attire, spectacles, and bashful smiles appeared more like friends from college on a day out than the celebrities of a widely shared show. Nobody knew what was going to happen to them, so they continued to go, albeit a few stopped out of curiosity.

Everything changed at the first note. As soon as they opened their mouths, their “ordinary” appearance vanished. Tight harmonies and remarkably polished musicianship supported the main vocal, which was powerful, soulful, and incredibly smooth. People’s heads turned. Mid-sentence conversations came to a halt. Passersby abruptly slowed down, then came to a complete stop with their phones out to record.

The excitement was what truly set the concert apart, not just the incredible singing. The way they moved, the way they gazed at one another, and the way the groove simply filled the room were all signs of it. From being inquisitive, the audience began applauding and some even started dancing in the middle of the road. A random sidewalk became a live performance with a front-row audience that had no intention of being there in a matter of minutes.

The crowd erupted in applause by the time the final note was played. People will be watching the “nerdy” men’ performance on their phones for a very long time. The video demonstrates once more that it’s impossible to judge a band or a book by its cover.
