At the gym, Kaley Cuoco is working hard. Ryan Sorenson, the Flight Attendant star’s trainer, posted an incredible video of the two of them working out recently, and it appeared to be pretty intense. Wearing a shirt, black leggings, and seventeen various hairstyles, Kaley looked incredibly powerful and fit.
Kaley’s trainer captioned the photo, saying, “We got one speed.” The actress appears to have done a lot of weightlifting, medicine ball crunches, and jumping rope as part of her training. In the comments, Kaley expressed her excitement and made fun of her hairstyle changes during the video.

She wrote, “One speed and seventeen different hairstyles.” Naturally, Kaley’s supporters also jumped in the comments to offer their support. One fan commented, “She is a machine.” “It’s no surprise she always looks stunning!” One more fan left a remark. In case you were unaware, Kaley gave birth in March, so her postpartum exercise deserves special recognition!
While pregnant, the actress engaged in some rather strenuous (and baby-safe) exercises. She also enjoys going to the gym with Ryan. She occasionally enjoys SoulCycle and yoga as well. One thing to observe about Kaley’s training is that she frequently varies her regimen.
“This week, we’re practicing yoga every day if I’m doing it. “Oh my god, I have to switch,” I think after that. Then I’m addicted to SoulCycle. She had earlier told Women’s Health, “Okay, I have to switch.”
But when it comes to refueling, Kaley is far more methodical. She always has peanut butter toast and coffee in the mornings. The actress recently told WH that she travels with a toaster since she is so dedicated to this necessity.
Kaley usually chooses Luna bars, smoothies, or tuna wraps later in the day. The actress also enjoys eating baked potatoes, vegetables, and grilled fish for dinner. Kaley appears to give everything she does her all! Queen, go!
