Far from her former life as a fitness instructor and popular model, Loni Willison now wanders the streets of Los Angeles.
With a cart full of clothing and blankets, the ex-wife of “Baywatch” star Jeremy Jackson was recently spotted picking through garbage cans on Venice Beach. Her messy hair and unkempt appearance stand in sharp contrast to her former beauty.
Following her 2014 divorce from Jackson, Loni’s downturn appeared to be the start of a downhill spiral. She battled depression, lost her house and career, and became addicted to alcohol and drugs.
She repeatedly turned down offers of assistance, demonstrating her independence in the face of extreme adversity. “I have everything I need,” she said in October.
Despite getting married in 2012, Loni and Jeremy’s brief marriage ended in divorce. Loni made very few public appearances in recent years and remained elusive despite the efforts of well-wishers, including an offer of $90,000 for rehab.
After being evicted in 2018, she started living on the streets. Loni’s real estate business ended suddenly, and she developed a methamphetamine addiction.
She talked about a distressing experience where she believed she spotted Jeremy outside her apartment, and reports of domestic abuse throughout her marriage contributed to the emotional toll.
