The saying that cats have 9 lives is proved by this story. During Hurricane Ian in Naples, Florida a terrified cat clinging to an AC unit was noticed.
29-year-old Mike Ross and his girlfriend, Megan Cruz Scavo have been living in Florida. And, unfortunately, Mike’s house was 10-feet-underwater because of Hurricane Ian.
After evacuating from his home he was in his parent’s house when out of blu he notice a cat from the window. The cat was clinging to an AC unit for dear life as the waters rose around him. The man couldn’t leave the cat there alone and immediately rushed to help.
The cat was named Ian and the couple started a GoFundMe to help people affected by the hurricane.
